Remove Prospect
To remove a prospect from the OA Mobile Spreadsheet, follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
- Select the |Spreadsheet| button.
- Choose the prospect you'd like to remove, then scroll the spreadsheet to the far right.
- Select the |Close/Remove From the Spreadsheet| button.
- Fill out the appropriate outcome information.
- Select the |Save| button, and the prospect will be removed from your spreadsheet.
Prospects removed from the spreadsheet are not deleted; they can be easily located within your |Contacts|.
To remove a prospect from the OA Mobile Spreadsheet, follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
- Select the |Spreadsheet| button.
- Select the |Close/Remove From the Spreadsheet| button for the prospect you'd like to remove.
- Fill out the appropriate outcome information.
- Select the |Save| button, and the prospect will be removed from your spreadsheet.
Prospects removed from the spreadsheet are not deleted; they can be easily located within your |Contacts|.
