Admin Console

The |Admin Console| serves as a hub for managing your OA Mobile account. It displays key details such as your account login name, display name, company name, active user count for the subscription, contact information, and billing details. To access the Admin Console, follow the instructions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar|, select |My Account|.
  2. From the |My Account| section, select |Admin Console|.
  3. Scroll down to view additional information.
  4. Use the |Admin Console| page to manage aspects of your OA Mobile Account.
Admin Console - OA Mobile
  1. A: The |Account| section of the OA Mobile |Admin Console| displays your Login Name, Display Name, and Company Name information.
  2. B: Use this button to modify your OA Mobile Display Name.
  3. C: Use this button to update your OA Mobile Company Name.
  4. D: The |Monthly Subscription| section shows the number of active OA Mobile users in your account.
  5. E: The |Account Contact| section lists your registered account contact information.
  6. F: Use the |Edit| button to update your registered account contact details.
  7. G: The |Credit Card| section of the |Admin Console| displays the status of your credit card.
  8. H: In the |Credit Card| section of the |Admin Console|, use the |New Card| button to add a new payment method for your OA Mobile subscription.
  9. I: The |Billing| section within the |Admin Console| provides details on your account balance, next billing date, and amount due.
  10. J: To review and download billing statements, go to the |Admin Console| |Billing| section and select the |Account Balance Statement| button.
