Call List

The purpose of the |Call List| is to quickly call, text, or email your prospects. The call list is automatically sorted by last contact date, with the prospect who has gone the longest without contact displayed at the top of the list. Prospects contacted today are displayed in green, while prospects not contacted today are displayed in purple. Selecting a prospect from the call list will display key prospect information along with options to view contact details or communicate by phone, email, or text. As with all OA Mobile prospect activity, actions performed from the call list are logged in the prospect's |Activity Log|.
