Leads

If you use the OA Mobile Email Marketing feature to send email, the |Leads| feature will appear in the |Navigation Bar|. The |Leads| menu displays |Lead Alerts| and |Email Campaign Reports|. Lead Alerts are automatically generated when a contact clicks (or taps) on a link, subscribes to your email list, or other significant activies occur from an email sent from one or more of your OA Mobile Email Marketing Campaigns. |Email Campaign Reports| provide a |Sent Email Report| button which shows the total emails sent, delivered, opened, click rate, unsubsribes (which are handled automatically in OA Mobile), and Reported Spam. The |Lead Report| button shows click (tap) activities for each email campaign recipient. Finnaly, the |Send Log| button provides a detailed description of the campaign.
