Call List (Add/Remove)

The OA Mobile |Call List| helps you manage, log and stay in touch with your important contacts. You can easily add or remove prospects on your spreadsheet to/from your call list. To do this, follow the directions below.

From the |Navigation Bar| select |Prospects|.
Select the |Spreadsheet| button.
Select the prospect from your spreadsheet that you would like to add to the |Call List| and select the grayed out phone icon.
Select the |Add| button.
Your prospect will be added to the |Call List|. Note that prospects added to the call list will now have purple icons.
To remove a prospect from the |Call List|, select the purple phone icon.
Select the |Remove| button.
The prospect will be removed from the |Call List|. Note that prospects removed (or not on the call list) will have blue colored icons.
