Call List (Add/Remove)

The OA Mobile |Call List| helps you manage, track, and stay in contact with your important prospects. You can easily add or remove prospects from your spreadsheet to or from your call list. To do this, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
  2. Select the |Spreadsheet| button.
  3. Select the prospect from your spreadsheet that you want to add to the |Call List|, then select the grayed-out phone icon.
  4. Select the |Add| button.
  5. Your prospect will be added to the |Call List|. Prospects added to the call list will display purple phone icons.
  6. To remove a prospect from the |Call List|, select the purple phone icon.
  7. Select the |Remove| button.
  8. The prospect will be removed from the |Call List|. Prospects not currently on the call list will display blue phone icons.
