Sort By Options
The OA Mobile Spreadsheet provides numerous |Sort By| options that can help you to evaluate decisions about your prospects more effectively. Options to sort your spreadsheet column data by First, Last, Company, Opened Date, & Activity Date are available above each column. To use the |Sort By| functions, follow the directions below.
- From the OA Mobile |Navigation Bar| select |Prospects|.
- From the |Sort By| options located above the spreadsheet columns, select a sort by option choosing either the up or down arrow to sort the column data in ascending or descending order respectively.
- In this example, the |Activity Log| for a prospect has been sorted in descending order, displaying the most recent activity done for the prospect at the top of the column.
