My Account

The |My Account| feature provides access to the Admin and Users Console, Email Address Login Setup, Third Party Setting such as RingCentral support for ‘your’ login, Custom Field management, as well as a list of users who are the admins on your account. The |Admin Console| is used to manage your monthly subscription, account contact information, as well as billing and account statements. The |Users Console| is used to view the number of active users and sessions, and confirming email login confirmation status. You may also modify user settings from this section such as User Name, Login Name, Admin Status, and other user related information including access to third party support such as RingCentral for 'other' users on your account.
