QuickNotes
The |Notes| application provides a
convenient place to create, organize, and store notes.
Notes can be shared with other users, password protected,
color coded, and organized into user-defined folders.
You can also quickly search notes using the available search tools.
As with all OA Mobile features, notes entered into the
|Notes| application are immediately
available from any supported device, including iOS and Android
phones, tablets, desktops, and devices running macOS, Windows,
and Linux.
To open |Notes|, follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Notes|.
- A: Select |New| to create a new note.
- B: Displays all notes.
- C: Create a new |Folder| to organize your notes.
- D: Select |Advanced Search| to search for notes.
- E: Enter a value in |Quick Search| to search note content.
- F: Displays the date each note was last modified.
- G: Displays a color-coded, password-protected, encrypted note (identified by the lock icon).
