QuickNotes

The |Notes| application provides a convenient place to create, organize, and store notes. Notes can be shared with other users, password protected, color coded, and organized into user-defined folders. You can also quickly search notes using the available search tools. As with all OA Mobile features, notes entered into the |Notes| application are immediately available from any supported device, including iOS and Android phones, tablets, desktops, and devices running macOS, Windows, or Linux. To open Notes, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Notes|.

  1. A: Select |New| to create a new note.
  2. B: Displays all notes.
  3. C: Create a new |Folder| to organize notes.
  4. D: Open |Advanced Search| to search for notes.
  5. E: Enter a value into |Quick Search| to search note content.
  6. F: Displays note edit dates.
  7. G: Displays a color-coded password-protected and encrypted note (see lock icon).
