QuickNotes

The |Notes| application provides a place to take and store notes. Notes can be shared with other users, password protected, color coded, and organized within user defined folders. You can easily search notes using the provided search functions. As with all OA Mobile features, notes entered into the OA Mobile |Notes| application will be available immediately from any device e.g., your iOS or Android phone, tablet, desktop as well as any MAC OS, Windows, or Linux based device. To open Notes, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar| select |Notes|.

  1. A: Create a |New| Note.
  2. B: Displays all notes.
  3. C: Make a new note |Folder| which can be used to organize your notes.
  4. D: Open notes |Advanced Search|.
  5. E: Enter a value into the |Quick Search| to search note content.
  6. F: Display note edit dates.
  7. G: Shows a color coded password protected and encrypted (see lock icon) note.
