View Shared Spreadsheets
OA Mobile allows you to view the spreadsheet of another user on your account. To do so, follow the steps
below.
- From the OA Mobile application, select |Prospects| from the |Navigation Bar|.
- Select the |Spreadsheet| button.
- Select the drop-down arrow to the right of |My Spreadsheet|.
- Select the OA Mobile user whose spreadsheet you would like to view.
The shared spreadsheet drop-down list is only visible in multi-user OA Mobile accounts.
When viewing on a phone, you can scroll left and right in the spreadsheet to view additional data.
