Set Contact To Do as 'Pending'

|Contact To Dos| that have been set to 'Done' can be changed back to pending. To change a |Contact To Do| from |Done| to |Pending|, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar| select |Calendar|.
  2. Select |View|Day View|.
  3. Expand the |Contact To Dos|.
  4. Expand the |Done| section.
  5. Under the |Done| section, select the |Contact To Do| that you would like to set as |Pending|.
  6. Select |Set To Pending|.
  7. Select the |Yes - Set to Pending| button to confirm the action.
  8. The |Contact To Do| will now appear in the |Rolling| section and will continue to roll over to the next day until it is once again marked as |Done|.
Setting a 'Contact To Do' to |Pending| in OA Mobile

  2. From the |Contact To Do| section, expand the |Done| section.
  3. Under the |Done| section, select the |Contact To Do| that you would like to set as |Pending|.
  4. Select |Set To Pending|.
  5. Select the |Yes - Set to Pending| button to confirm the action.
  6. The |Contact To Do| will now appear in the |Rolling| section and will continue to roll over to the next day until it is once again marked as |Done|.
