Set Contact To Do as 'Pending'
|Contact To Dos| that have been set to 'Done' can be changed back to pending. To change a |Contact To Do|
from |Done| to |Pending|, follow
the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar| select |Calendar|.
- Select |View|Day View|.
- Expand the |Contact To Dos|.
- Expand the |Done| section.
- Under the |Done| section, select the |Contact To Do| that you would like to set as |Pending|.
- Select |Set To Pending|.
- Select the |Yes - Set to Pending| button to confirm the action.
- The |Contact To Do| will now appear in the |Rolling| section and will continue to roll over to the next day until it is once again marked as |Done|.

|Contact To Dos| that are 'pending' are colored in 'red' and appear under the 'Rolling' section, while
|Contact To Dos| set to |Done| are colored
'green' and appear within the 'Done' section of the calendar. Contact To Dos set to status
|Contact To Dos| that have been set to 'Done' can be changed back to pending. To change a
|Contact To Do|
from |Done| to |Pending|, follow
the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar| calendar drop down menu, select |Day|.
- From the |Contact To Do| section, expand the |Done| section.
- Under the |Done| section, select the |Contact To Do| that you would like to set as |Pending|.
- Select |Set To Pending|.
- Select the |Yes - Set to Pending| button to confirm the action.
- The |Contact To Do| will now appear in the |Rolling| section and will continue to roll over to the next day until it is once again marked as |Done|.
