Set Contact To Do As 'Done'

|Contact To Dos| will continue to roll over to the next day until they are set as |Done|. To set a |Contact To Do| as |Done|, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar| select |Calendar|.
  2. Select |View|Day View|.
  3. Expand the |Contact To Dos|.
  4. Select the |Contact To Do| that would like to set as |Done|.
  5. Select the |Done| button.
  6. Enter any notes.
  7. Select the |Save| button.
  8. The |Contact To Do| will now appear in the |Done| section and will no longer roll over to the next day.
Setting a Pending 'Contact To Do' as |Done| in OA Mobile

  1. From the |Navigation Bar| select the |Calendar| drop down arrow, and from the drop down list, select |Day|.
  2. Expand the |Contact To Dos| if neccessary and select the |Contact To Do| you would like to set as |Done|
  3. Select the |Done| button.
  4. Enter any notes.
  5. Select the |Save| button.
  6. The |Contact To Do| will now appear in the |Done| section and will no longer roll over to the next day.
