Prospect Details
The Prospect Details screen contains eight distinct sections of information,
including |My Prospect|, |Contact Info|, |Categories|,
|Custom Fields|, |Contact Notes|, |My Private Notes|,
|OneDrive|, and the |Activity Log|.
- My Prospect: Displays prospect properties and history details.
- Contact Info: Displays addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and related contact information.
- Categories: Indicates which categories the prospect belongs to.
- Custom Fields: Displays custom field data such as spouse, birthdate, and other user-defined information.
- Contact Notes: Displays notes associated with the prospect.
- My Private Notes: Displays private notes visible only to you and not to other OA Mobile users.
- OneDrive: Displays OneDrive or SharePoint attachments associated with the prospect.
- Activity Log: Displays all activity related to the prospect, including calls, emails, text messages, and |Do Now| options for calling, emailing, texting, creating To-Dos, and manually logging activity.
To view prospect details within the |Call List|,
follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
- Select the |Call List|.
- Select the prospect whose details you wish to view.
- Select the |Contact| button.
- The Prospect Details screen will be displayed.

To view prospect details within the |Call List|,
follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
- Select the |Call List|.
- Select the prospect whose details you wish to view.
- Select the |Contact| button.
- The Prospect Details screen will be displayed.
