Prospect Details

The prospect details screen contains eight distinct sections of information to include |My Prospect|, |Contact Info|, |Categories|, |Custom Fields|, |Contact Notes|, |My Private Notes|, |OneDrive| and the |Activity Log|. The |My Prospect| section provides prospect properties and history details. The |Contact Info| section provides addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc. The |Categories| sections indicates which categories the prospect is part of. The |Custom Field| section displays any custom field data for the prospect such as spouse, birthdate, etc. The |Contact Notes| seciton shows any notes added to the prospect. The |Private Notes| section display notes visible only to you and are not visible to any other OA Mobile user. The |OneDrive| section displays any OneDrive (or Sharepoint) attachments, and the |Activity Log| displays 'All' Activity for the prospect (call, emails, text messages) as well as |Do Now| options for Calling, Emailing, Texting, setting To Dos, and Manually logging information about the prospect. To view the prosptect details within the |Call List|, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar| select |Prospects|.
  2. Select the |Call List|.
  3. Select the prospect whose details you would like to view.
  4. Select the |Contact| button.
  5. The prospect/contact details screen will be displayed.
