Login Email

The |User Console| provides information on the number of licenses and active users in your OA Mobile account, as well as active sessions and verified email addresses. A confirmed email address allows a user to login with the email address (instead of account name and user name) and reset a forgotten password. To enable (or disable) login email and recovery for a user, select the 'Users' tab from the |User Console|. To view confirmed, unconfirmed as well as remove email addresses for OA Mobile users, follow the directions below.

From the |Navigation Bar| select |My Account|.
From the |My Account| section, select |User Console|.
From the |User Console| select the |Login Email| tab.
From the |Login and Email Recovery| section you can view confirmed or unconfirmed email addresses. To delete an email address, use the X button next to the user whose email address you would like to delete.
From the |Delete Email| confirmation prompt, select |Delete|.
