Overview

This Prohibited Content and Use Statement is referenced in the Baseline Data Systems (BDS) End User License Agreement (EULA), available at www.oamobile.com.

BDS expressly prohibits the use of its website, software, or services by any party that engages in, or posts content related to, the provision, distribution, display, performance, solicitation, disclosure, sale, or rental of any of the following Prohibited Content.

Prohibited Content

BDS strictly prohibits any content related to:

  • Federally regulated or illegal drugs, narcotics, or associated paraphernalia.
  • Unlawful goods or services.
  • Acts of violence, crimes, or illegal activities.
  • Products or services originating from embargoed or blacklisted countries, individuals, or entities.
  • Stolen goods.
  • Libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, or harassing content.
  • Pirated computer programs.
  • Counterfeit or fraudulent products.
  • Instructions on assembling or making weapons, including bombs, grenades, or firearms.
  • Anything that violates local, state, or federal laws.

Additionally, the following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Any material related to Spam, as outlined in BDS' Spam Policy.
  • Content that exploits or harms any individual, regardless of age.
  • Any information deemed private by an individual or institution.
  • Content that is unlawful or grossly offensive, including expressions of:
    • Bigotry, discrimination, prejudice, racism, or hatred.
    • Excessive profanity.
    • Obscene, lewd, lascivious, or malicious material.
    • Defamatory or excessively violent content.
    • Threatening or harassing material.
    • Other morally objectionable material.
  • Viruses, worms, malware, or malicious code, including Trojan horses.
  • Content that promotes or encourages violence against:
    • Governments.
    • Organizations.
    • Groups.
    • Individuals.
  • Content that provides instruction, information, or assistance in carrying out violence.
  • Content that violates or misappropriates third-party intellectual property, moral, or privacy rights.
