Overview

This Prohibited Content and Use Statement is referenced in the Baseline Data Systems (BDS) End User License Agreement (EULA), available at www.oamobile.com.

BDS expressly prohibits the use of its website, software, and services by any party that engages in, distributes, displays, promotes, solicits, or publishes content related to the following Prohibited Content.

Prohibited Content

BDS strictly prohibits content related to:

  • Federally regulated or illegal drugs, narcotics, or associated paraphernalia.
  • Unlawful goods or services.
  • Acts of violence, criminal activity, or illegal conduct.
  • Products or services originating from embargoed or blacklisted countries, individuals, or entities.
  • Stolen goods or property.
  • Libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent content.
  • Pirated software or unauthorized copyrighted material.
  • Counterfeit or fraudulent products or services.
  • Instructions for assembling, manufacturing, or using weapons, explosives, bombs, grenades, or firearms in violation of applicable law.
  • Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.

The following content is also strictly prohibited:

  • Any material related to Spam, as outlined in the BDS Spam Policy.
  • Content that exploits, abuses, or harms individuals.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of information considered private or confidential by an individual, business, or institution.
  • Content that is unlawful, abusive, or grossly offensive, including material containing:
    • Bigotry, discrimination, racism, hatred, or prejudice.
    • Excessive profanity.
    • Obscene, lewd, lascivious, malicious, or sexually explicit material.
    • Defamatory or excessively violent content.
    • Threatening or harassing material.
    • Other offensive or objectionable material as determined by BDS.
  • Viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
  • Content that promotes, encourages, or advocates violence against:
    • Governments
    • Organizations
    • Groups
    • Individuals
  • Content that provides instruction, information, or assistance in carrying out violence or illegal activities.
  • Content that infringes upon or misappropriates third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

BDS’ Right to Deny Service

BDS reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate service at its sole discretion for any activity or content deemed to violate these policies or otherwise considered inappropriate.
