Disputed Charges
You are responsible for maintaining and managing your credit card information for billing purposes. You can add, update, or remove this information by logging in to oamobile.com. By using our service, you agree not to dispute any credit card charge that you have the ability to manage directly. Disputing a charge may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. For additional information, please refer to Baseline Data Systems’ Termination Policy.
Expired or Declined Credit Cards Do Not Terminate Service
Allowing a credit card to expire, canceling a credit card, or failing to submit payment, regardless of invoice receipt, will not automatically terminate your account. Your account data will remain intact, your subscription will continue, and you may retain access to your account. You are responsible for all accrued subscription fees until we receive a valid written termination notice by mail. Baseline Data Systems’ Rights
If your credit card is declined, we reserve the right to notify you using the email address associated with your account. We may also contact you regarding payment by phone or direct mail. If an account remains unpaid for more than ninety (90) days, we reserve the right to refer the account to a collection agency.
