Email Search

The OA Mobile app provides numerous search options to help you locate your contacts and prospects quickly and easily. One such search option, is to search for a contact/prospect by email address. To use this feature, follow the directions below.

From the OA Mobile application, select |Contacts| from the |Navigation Bar|.
From the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |More Options|.
From |More Options|, select |Email Search|.
From the |Search by Email Address| screen and within the Email field, enter an email address.
Select the |Search| button.
OA Mobile will return your contact(s) to the search result screen.

Search By Email Address with the OA Mobile App

From the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |More Options|.
From |More Options|, select |Email Search|.
From the |Search by Email Address| screen and within the Email field, enter an email address.
Select the |Search| button.
OA Mobile will return your contact(s) to the search result screen.

You may send a group email to the search result by selecting the |Send Group Email| button. Here you can save the email as a template and even merge fields such as first and last name into the email template to make each email more personal to your recipients.
