Email Search

The OA Mobile App provides multiple search options to help you quickly locate contacts and prospects. One available search option allows you to search by email address. To use this feature, follow the directions below.

From the OA Mobile App, select |Contacts| from the |Navigation Bar|.
On the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |More Options|.
From |More Options|, select |Email Search|.
On the |Search by Email Address| screen, enter the email address you want to search for.
Select the |Search| button.
OA Mobile will display the matching contact(s) on the search results screen.

Select the |Search| button.
OA Mobile will display the matching contact(s) on the search results screen.

Note: You can send a group email to the search results by selecting the |Send Group Email| button. You can also save the email as a template and use merge fields, such as first and last name, to personalize each message for your recipients.
