Email Search

The OA Mobile app provides multiple search options to help you locate your contacts and prospects quickly and easily. One such search option is to search for a contact or prospect by email address. To use this feature, follow the steps below.

From the OA Mobile application, select |Contacts| from the |Navigation Bar|.
On the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |More Options|.
In |More Options|, select |Email Search|.
On the |Search by Email Address| screen, enter an email address in the Email field.
Select the |Search| button.
OA Mobile will return your contact(s) on the search results screen.

Search By Email Address with the OA Mobile App

On the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |More Options|.
In |More Options|, select |Email Search|.
On the |Search by Email Address| screen, enter an email address in the Email field.
Select the |Search| button.
OA Mobile will return your contact(s) on the search results screen.

You may send a group email to the search results by selecting the |Send Group Email| button. Here, you can save the email as a template and even merge fields such as first and last name into the email template to personalize each message for your recipients.
