Search By Custom Field
Custom Fields allow you to store specific information within a contact record,
such as Birthdate, Gender, Social Security Number, or Spouse Name.
The OA Mobile |Custom Field Search| feature allows you to search for contacts
using this information.
To use this feature, follow the directions below.
- From the OA Mobile |Navigation Bar|, select |Contacts|.
- Select |Show More Options|.
- From the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |Custom Field Search|.
- Select the custom field you want to search.
- Enter the search value.
- Select the |Search| button.
- The search results will be displayed on the results screen.
