Search By Custom Field
Custom Fields are fields that you create to store data within a contact. Examples of custom fields include
Birthdate, Gender, Social Security Number, Spouse Name, etc. The OA Mobile |Custom Field Search| is used to
search
for contacts via your custom fields. To learn how to use this feature, follow the directions below.
- From the OA Mobile |Navigation Bar|, select |Contacts|.
- Select |Show More Options|.
- From the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |Custom Field Search|.
- Select the custom field you would like to search by.
- Enter your search value.
- Select the |Search| button.
- Your search result will be displayed within the search result screen.
