Search By Custom Field

Custom Fields are fields that you create to store data within a contact. Examples of custom fields include Birthdate, Gender, Social Security Number, Spouse Name, etc. The OA Mobile |Custom Field Search| is used to search for contacts via your custom fields. To learn how to use this feature, follow the directions below.

From the OA Mobile |Navigation| bar, select the |Contacts|.
Select |Show More Options|.
From the |Search for a Contact| screen, select |Custom Field Search|.
Select the custom field you would like to search by.
Enter your search value.
Select the |Search| button.
Your search result will be displayed within the search result screen.
