This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into Baseline Data Systems' End User License Agreement. We have created this Privacy Policy to reflect our firm commitment to privacy and the protection of personal information.

This policy applies to information that we collect and maintain about you when you visit www.oamobile.com (the "Site") and when you use our services. It also applies to information collected from other sources, such as tradeshows, seminars, or business partners.

Customer’s Contacts, Message Recipients, and Office Accelerator Data

Baseline Data Systems (BDS) maintains data provided by or uploaded to the Site by customers. This typically includes:

  • Contact details of individuals or entities who have opted to receive emails or other communications from our customers.
  • Current customer contact and calendar data.
  • Information such as names, email addresses, and other details.

Under our Anti-Spam Policy, customers must obtain recipient consent before sending emails through our service.

Customer Registration Data

When a company or individual activates our services, we collect:

  • Payment information, including credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.
  • A unique user name to access the Office Accelerator service.

Passwords: End users are responsible for setting their passwords, which are not accessible to Baseline Data Systems employees.

Since 1991, Baseline Data Systems has maintained a strict policy not to sell, rent, or trade personal information, including Customer Information or Customer Recipient Data. However, we may disclose collected information in the following cases:

To facilitate credit card or check payments for Baseline Data Systems services.

Disclosure in Response to Legal Process
