This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Baseline Data Systems (BDS) End User License Agreement (EULA). We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information.

This policy applies to information that we collect and maintain when you visit www.oamobile.com (the "Site") and when you use our services. It also applies to information collected from other sources, including trade shows, seminars, and business partners.

Customer Contacts, Message Recipients, and Office Accelerator Data

Baseline Data Systems (BDS) maintains data provided or uploaded to the Site by customers. This data may include:

• Contact information for individuals or organizations that have opted to receive emails or other communications from our customers.
• Customer contact information, calendar data, and related business information.
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other related contact information.

Under our Anti-Spam Policy, customers are responsible for obtaining recipient consent before sending email communications through our services.

Customer Registration Data

When a company or individual activates our services, we may collect:

• Contact name, company name, email address, phone number, and other related contact information.
• Payment information, including credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.
• A unique User Name used to access the Office Accelerator service.

Passwords: End users are responsible for creating and maintaining their passwords. Passwords are encrypted and are not accessible to Baseline Data Systems employees.

Site Data

We use cookies and similar web technologies to collect information about visitors to our website and online order forms. This information may include:

Since 1991, Baseline Data Systems has maintained a policy of not selling, renting, or trading personal information, including Customer Information and Customer Recipient Data. However, collected information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:

Information may be disclosed to financial institutions to facilitate credit card and electronic payment processing for Baseline Data Systems services.
