QuickNotes Advanced Search
OA Mobile QuickNotes provides an
|Advanced Search|
feature that allows you to quickly locate notes.
Advanced Search includes options to search note subjects,
deleted notes, and notes within specific folders.
To use the
|Advanced Search|
feature, follow the steps below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Notes|.
- Select the |Advanced Search| icon.
- Select the desired search options. For example, selecting |Search on Subject Only| searches only the note subject and not the note body. Selecting additional options, such as a specific folder, performs an AND search using all selected criteria.
- Select the |Search| button.
- Matching notes will be displayed based on the selected search criteria.
Only the
|Subject|
of password-protected notes can be searched because the note contents
are encrypted.
