Search
OA Mobile provides numerous search features that help you find and organize your contacts and prospects. To search for a contact/prospect in OA Mobile, follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Contacts|.
- Select a search method e.g. first, last, or company name.
- You may filter your search by selecting to search within the 'Prospect Spreadsheet' and/or 'My Phone Book'.
- Select a letter to begin your search.
- OA Mobile will display the results of your search where you may select a contact from the search result.
- Upon selecting a contact, the details of the contact will be displayed.
The |Prospect Spreadsheet| contains your list of prospects. The |My Phone Book| folder is often used to separate your commonly used contacts, e.g. personal contacts, from the other contacts.
This can be very useful when searching for a contact.
If you don't see the |A-Z| search option from the |Search for a Contact| screen, select the |Show A-Z Search| button to display it.
