Manage Custom Fields

Contact custom fields in OA Mobile allow you to create and manage personalized data entries such as |Spouse|, |Birthdate|, and |Gender|. You can create an unlimited number of custom fields and include default drop-down values as needed. Once created, custom fields are available globally throughout OA Mobile and can be activated or deactivated at any time. To manage your custom fields, follow the directions below.
  1. From the OA Mobile |Navigation Bar|, select |My Account|.
  2. Scroll down to locate the |Contact Custom Fields| section.
  3. Within |Contact Custom Fields|, select the |Manage Custom Fields| button.

  1. A: Returns you to the |My Account| home screen.
  2. B: Allows you to create a new custom field.
  3. C: Displays all active custom fields.
  4. D: Displays all inactive custom fields.
  5. E: Allows you to rename, deactivate, or reactivate a custom field.
