Manage Text Message Templates

Text message templates are a great way to streamline communication with prospects, saving you time and increasing efficiency in closing sales. You can access and manage your text message templates through |My Account| > |My Settings| in OA Mobile. Once created, text message templates can be used anywhere in OA Mobile where text messages are sent. Follow the steps below to view, create, or edit text message templates.
  1. From the OA Mobile |Navigation Bar|, select |My Account|.
  2. Scroll down to locate |My Settings|.
  3. Within the |My Settings| section, select the |Text Msg Templates| button.
  4. Select the |Add New| button to create a new template.
  5. Enter the text template name (item name) and the text body content. You may also include merge fields to populate data from your prospects in OA Mobile.
  6. Select the |Save| button to save your text template.
  7. Finally, select the |Done| button to complete the process.

  1. A: Use the |Edit Selected| button to edit a template from the dropdown list (B).
  2. B: Displays a list of available text templates.
