Manage Text Message Templates

Text message templates help streamline communication with your prospects, saving time and improving efficiency when sending recurring text messages. You can access and manage your text message templates through |My Account| > |My Settings| within OA Mobile. Once created, text message templates may be used anywhere within OA Mobile where text messages are sent. To create or manage text message templates, follow the directions below.
  1. From the OA Mobile |Navigation Bar|, select |My Account|.
  2. Scroll down to locate the |My Settings| section.
  3. Within the |My Settings| section, select the |Text Msg Templates| button.
  4. Select the |Add New| button to create a new text message template.
  5. Enter the template name and text message body content. You may also insert merge fields to automatically populate prospect information from OA Mobile.
  6. Select the |Save| button to save your text message template.
  7. Select the |Done| button to complete the process.

  1. A: Use the |Edit Selected| button to edit the template selected in section B.
  2. B: Displays the list of available text message templates.
