User Activity Report

The |User Activity Report| provides a daily total of all prospect’s activities for each user. This includes phone calls, text messages, emails and other forms of prospect contact. Activities can be viewed by day or month view, and details can be viewed on any day. To open a |User Activity Report|, follow the directions below.

From the |Navigation Bar|, select the |Prospect| menu drop down.
From the drop down list select |Reports|, the |Prospect Report| screen will open.
From the |Prospect Reports| screen and within the |User Activity Report| subsection, select |Show Report|.
From the |Prospect User Activity Report| you may view monthly reports for any OA Mobile user selecting any specific day to view the details of the activity on the |To Do List| for the selected day.
