Live Status Report

The |Live Status Report| provides a real-time summary of recent and upcoming activities for prospects on a selected spreadsheet. Because the |Live Status Report| updates in real time, it can provide valuable insights during sales meetings and prospect reviews. To open a |Live Status Report|, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
  2. Select |Reports|.
  3. Within the |Live Status Report| section, select |View Report|.
  4. Scroll to the prospect you want to view.
  5. Select the prospect to display the report details.
Live Status Report - OA Mobile
  1. A: Select the |Live Status Report| drop-down arrow to view additional report types, such as |Phone Call Report| and |User Activity Report|.
  2. B: Use the drop-down arrow to select and view |Live Status Reports| from alternate spreadsheets. The spreadsheet owner is displayed to the left of the drop-down menu.
  3. C: Use the |All Pages| button to filter the |Live Status Report| by specific spreadsheet pages.
  4. D: Displays only active prospects within the |Live Status Report|, including the total number of active prospects.
  5. E: Displays only closed prospects within the |Live Status Report|, including the total number of closed prospects.
  6. F: Displays only |High Importance| prospects within the |Live Status Report|.
  7. G: Includes |Call List| prospects within the |Live Status Report|.
  8. H: Displays the number of high-importance and normal-importance prospects.
  9. I: Provides column definitions for properties, pinned items, next to-do, and the last 30 days.
  10. J: Displays a prospect in an expanded state.
