Phone Call Report
The |Phone Call Report| provides a summary of all calls made by users to the currently active prospects on
the selected spreadsheet or page.
This interactive report displays the 'Total Number of Calls,' 'Number of Calls Connected,' 'Rated Calls'
(Great, Good, Bad, and Unrated), and 'Other' (Left Message, No Answer, Status Not Set).
You can select any call type using either the bar graph or contact icon to instantly view the corresponding
list of prospects.
To view a call report, follow the steps below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Prospects|.
- Select |Reports|.
- Within the |Phone Call Report| section, select |View Reports|.

- A: Select the |Phone Call Report| dropdown arrow to view other report types, such as the |Live Status Report| and |User Activity Report|.
- B: Use the dropdown menu to select and view a |Phone Call Report| from other spreadsheets. The spreadsheet owner is displayed to the left of the dropdown menu.
- C: Select the |All Pages| button to filter the |Phone Call Report| by specific spreadsheet pages.
- D: Choose a specific time frame for the |Phone Call Report|.
- E: Select the month and year for the |Phone Call Report|.
- F: Use these icons to interactively display the prospects associated with the numerical values.
- G: Select a section of the bar graph to interactively display the prospects associated with that call category.
You can interact with the phone call report using the contact icon or bar graph.
