Email Campaign Reports
|Email Campaign Reports| provide access to the
|Sent Email Report|,
|Lead Report|, and
|Send Log| for each email campaign.
The |Sent Email Report| displays the total number of
emails sent and delivered, email open rates, link click statistics,
unsubscribe activity, and reported spam statistics.
The |Lead Report| displays contacts (leads)
who clicked or tapped links within your email campaign. You can select
individual leads to view detailed recipient activity, including links clicked,
emails opened, browser views, company link clicks, and the date and time
each activity occurred.
The |Send Log| provides campaign delivery
details, including the campaign date, number of emails sent, removed contacts,
invalid email addresses, campaign name, document name, email subject,
marketing website name, sender email address, and the total number of
contacts included in the campaign.
To view campaign reports, follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Leads|.
- Select the |Email Campaign Reports| button.
- Select a campaign. The |Sent Email Report| will be displayed.
- Select the |Lead Report| button.
- The |Lead Report| will be displayed. Scroll down to view your leads.
- Select a lead to view detailed recipient activity.
- Select the |Send Log| button.
- The |Send Log| for the selected campaign will be displayed.
- A: Provides a description of the Delivered, Opened, Your Link Clicked, Unsubscribed, and Reported Spam statistics.
- B: Displays the name of the selected campaign.
- C: Displays the number and percentage of delivered emails.
- D: Displays the number and percentage of email recipients who clicked a link in your email campaign.
- E: Displays the contacts who clicked a link in your email campaign, the links they clicked, and other related information.
- F: Displays the email that was sent as part of the campaign.
Note:
The |Leads| menu is only available to
OA Mobile users who have sent at least one email campaign.

- The detailed recipient activity will be displayed.
- Select |Send Log|.
- The |Send Log| for the selected campaign will be displayed.
