Email Campaign Reports
Email Campaign Reports provide the following:
|Sent Email Reports|, |Lead Reports|, and a |Send Log|
for each
of your email campaigns. The |Sent
Email Report| inlcudes 'Total Emails Sent', 'Total Emails Delivered', 'Total and Percentage of Emails
Opened', 'Number and Percentage of Links
Clicked', 'Number and Percentage of Unsubscribes', and 'Number and Percentage of Reported Spams'. The |Lead
Report| provides a list of
the number of contacts (leads) that clicked (or tapped) on links in your email. You may select
individual contacts (leads) in the list to view
precisely what action the recipient took e.g. links clicked, email opened, company link clicked, viewed in
browser etc., as well as what time and
date the action occured. You may also view the email that was sent from this report, see the number of
emails sent
versus delivered, and percentage of leads
the email produced. Finnaly, the |Send Log| provides details on each campaign sent such the date the
campaign
was started, number of emails
sent, number of contacts automatically removed, bad email addresses, the name of the campaign, the name of
campaign document, the subject
of the email, the marketing website name, the 'from' email address and the total number of contacts
found in the sent list. To view campaign reports, follow the directions below.
- From the |Navigation Bar| select |Leads|.
- Select the |Email Campaign Reports| button.
- Select a campaign and the |Send Email Report| will be shown.
- Select the |Lead Report| button.
- The lead report will be shown, scroll down to view your leads.
- Select a lead and precise details of recipient actions taken will be shown.
- Select the |Send Log| button.
- The |Send Log| details for the selected campaign will be displayed.
- A: Provides campaign details to include: Total SentThis is the number of unique contacts that were sent an email. This includes emails that failed or bounced back to the OA Mobile email servers. This does not include contacts where OA Mobile detected a bad email address and, therefore, never sent the email.DeliveredThis is the total number of unique contacts that were successfully sent the email. An email is 'Delivered' if the recipient's email server accepted the email and did not 'bounce' it back. Bounces include 'the recipient is invalid', 'mailbox is full', etc. Note that this does not mean that the email reached the recipent's inbox.OpenedThis is the number of unique contacts that were detected to open the email. Since all 'opens' can never be detected, the actual number of open emails could be higher.Your Link ClickedThis is the number of unique contacts that clicked on the link in the email. Typically, this is a link to your website.UnsubscribedThis is the number of unique contacts that completed the unsubscribe process.Reported SpamThis is the number of unique contacts that completed the 'report spam' process.PercentagesAll displayed percentages are based on the number Delivered, not Total Sent.
- B: Displays the selected campaign name.
- C: Shows number and percentage of emails delivered comparied to the toal number of emails sent.
- D: Shows the total number and percentage of leads produced from the compaign.
- E: Use the |Contact| button to open the contact (lead) details.
- F: Use the |Show Email| button to view the email that was sent for the selected campaign.
Note, the |Leads| menu is only visible to OA Mobile user that have sent an email campaign.
