Lead Alerts

If you use the OA Mobile Email Marketing feature to send emails, the |Leads| menu will appear in the |Navigation Bar|. The |Leads| menu displays |Lead Alerts| and |Email Campaign Reports|. Lead Alerts are automatically generated when a contact clicks (or taps) a link, subscribes to your email list, or performs other significant activities related to one or more of your OA Mobile Email Marketing campaigns. To open |Lead Alerts|, follow the directions below.
  1. From the |Navigation Bar|, select |Leads|.
  2. Select |Lead Alerts|.
  3. Select a contact.
  4. View the logged activities for the selected contact.
Lead Alerts - OA Mobile
  1. A: Select the |Email Campaign Report| button to view reports for all your email campaigns.
  2. B: Displays the user whose lead alerts you are currently viewing.
  3. C: If you have more than one OA Mobile user, use the drop-down arrow to select and view lead alerts for other users within your account.
  4. D: Use the |Show Dismissed| button to display lead alerts you have previously dismissed.
  5. E: Use the |Dismiss Alert| button to dismiss a lead alert. You may view dismissed alerts by selecting the |Show Dismissed| button.
  6. F: Use the |Contact| button to open the contact details for the selected lead alert.

Lead Alerts - OA Desktop
  1. A: If you have more than one OA Mobile user, use the drop-down arrow to select and view lead alerts for other users within your account.
  2. B: Select the |Email Campaign Report| button to view reports for all your email campaigns.
  3. C: Displays the user whose lead alerts you are currently viewing.
  4. D: Use the |Show Dismissed| button to display lead alerts you have previously dismissed.
  5. E: Use the |Dismiss Alert| button to dismiss a lead alert. You may view dismissed alerts by selecting the |Show Dismissed| button.
  6. F: Use the |Contact| button to open the contact details for the selected lead alert.
