Account Balance and Statements

The |Admin Console| provides information about your OA Mobile account such as number of active users, account contact information, and billing information. To access the |Admin Console| and view your |Billing (Account Balance and Statements)| information, follow the directions below.

From the |Navigation Bar| select |My Account|.
From the |My Account| section, select |Admin Console|.
From the |Admin Console|, locate the |Billing| section which will display your total monthly cost for your subscription.
To view your statements, select the |Account Balance and Statements| button.
Select the year for the statement you would like to view, and transactions for that year will be shown.
